stylish entrance friendly staff thoughtful amenities malfunctioning ac privacy problem uninformed guest
i liked the hotel entrance because it was stylish. check-in was smooth i found with a friendly staff member. there was enough space for all my things and thoughtful amenities.
the ac didn't work well in my room . someone opened the toilet when i was inside which was unconvenient. i could barely sleep because of a protest in front of the hotel and no one informed me.

excellent breakfast convenient breakfast time perfect bed unwelcoming staff beat up room plugged drain
The breakfast was really excellent here. Breakfast time went until 2 PM which was super convenient. The location is good. I liked the room and the bed was perfect too.
The check in staff wasn't very cute to me. The room felt beat up. The shower drain was plugged. It really should been fixed, but it was not.

clean room good location faulty ac lack of communication
The room was clean. the location was good, close to almost everything. A metro station was nearby. the hotel seemed like a boutique, unlike big modern hotels.
the ac didn't work. someone opened the toilet while i was inside, unsettling. there was also a protest in front of the hotel. no one informed me about it, and it affected my sleep.
